Thank you for shopping with Joy Unlimited. We are committed to getting your books to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not ship to international addresses, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.
2. Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden shipping fees — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery is 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location within the United States. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive the confirmation email.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact.joyunlimited@gmail.com.
6. Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. Joy Unlimited is not responsible for orders that are delayed, undelivered, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at contact.joyunlimited@gmail.com or +1 (703) 385-9125. We will do our best to update your address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Joy Unlimited is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking around your delivery location and with neighbors.
- Waiting 24 to 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before they physically arrive.
- Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim.
If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
8. Damaged Items in Transit
We take care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in good condition. If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact.joyunlimited@gmail.com and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will review your case and work with you to find an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
9. Delays and Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Joy Unlimited is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, natural disasters, severe weather events, public health emergencies, or national holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations and will always do our best to keep you informed.
